چکیده
An expedition was carried out to take soil samples of Eastern Donbass and other districts the Rostov region. The main goal study distribution potentially toxic elements (PTE) in soils. total content mineral components solid-phase determined by using X-ray fluorescence method. It found that, according average concentrations, PTE`s line up following series: Fe>Mn>Zn>Cr>V>Cu>Ni>Pb>Co. contents Zn Cu were compared seasons. that PTE concentrations upper layer soils higher winter than summer. Geochemical spectra constructed. They demonstrated concentration Clarks Cr, Cu, Zn, Co, Pb exceeded these Earth’s crust. Against this background, stands with contrast, which exceeds those earth’s crust 2.8 times. tightness relationship between calculated, turned be a high straight line.

Toxic Elements in Soils
MAMMALS and birds sometimes seek shelter or nesting sites in the ground. Many of them scarcely affect the soil as a medium for plant growth. A notable exception is the soil-dwelling rodents. Although their acreweight is usually only about a few pounds even in the uncultivated land, their soil transporting activities sometimes are considerable. In building their tunnels and nests, they transport...
متن کاملEvaluation of Potentially Toxic Elements Pollution Indices in Rangeland Northwest of Chadegan city (Isfahan Province)
Abstract Today, the pollution of Rangeland soils by various destructive pollutants has become one of the human-environmental problems. Lacking proper management of organic matter discharge can also increase the concentration of salts, heavy metals, and pathogenic microorganisms. In this study, to investigate and measure the concentration of toxic elements, 128 soil samples of Chadegan region w...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
Vulnerability of the karst area related to potentially toxic elements
Soil samples from 31 locations in the Una river spring catchment were subject to chemical extraction analyses. The data were presented as distribution maps of potentially toxic elements (Al, Cu, Mn, Pb and Zn) in the surface soil of the area. To evaluate the vulnerability of the immediate spring zone of the karst catchment, the vulnerability map was derived from the application of the PI method...
متن کاملEvaluation of stream sediment contamination by potentially toxic elements around mining and farming areas (SE Nigeria)
In this work, the concentrations of the potentially toxic elements in stream sediments in SE Nigeria were assessed for pollution monitoring in mining, quarrying, and farming areas. The levels of iron, molybdenum, vanadium, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, cobalt, manganese, chromium, barium, and beryllium were determined. The concentrations of the elements were in the order of Fe > Ba > Mn > Cr > Zn...
